We provide AI workflow automation, WhatsApp Business engagement solutions, custom SaaS development, AI security consulting, and operational intelligence services to professional offices and businesses worldwide.

04 — WhatsApp and Meta Platforms

Glotario LLC uses the WhatsApp Business API, operated by Meta Platforms, Inc., to communicate with clients and prospects who have initiated contact via WhatsApp or requested WhatsApp-based communications.

When you communicate with us via WhatsApp:

• Your messages and phone number are processed by Meta in accordance with Meta's Privacy Policy (available at meta.com/privacy)
• We receive and store the content of messages you send to our WhatsApp Business number
• We only send WhatsApp messages to individuals who have opted in or who have initiated contact with us
• You can opt out of WhatsApp communications at any time by sending "STOP" or by contacting us directly

Our use of the WhatsApp Business API is subject to Meta's Terms of Service and WhatsApp Business Policy. We do not use WhatsApp messaging for unsolicited marketing.

05 — Legal Basis for Processing (GDPR)

If you are located in the European Economic Area (EEA), United Kingdom, or other jurisdictions covered by GDPR or equivalent legislation, our legal bases for processing your personal data are:

• Contract performance — processing necessary to provide the services you have requested or to take steps before entering into a contract
• Legitimate interests — responding to enquiries, improving our services, and communicating with prospective clients about relevant offerings
• Consent — where you have explicitly opted in to receive specific communications, such as WhatsApp messages or marketing updates

We share your information only in the following circumstances:

• Service providers: We use third-party tools to operate our business, including Web3Forms (contact form delivery), Netlify (website hosting), Google Workspace (email and productivity), and 360dialog or similar (WhatsApp Business API access). These providers process data on our behalf under appropriate data processing agreements
• Meta Platforms: As described in Section 4, WhatsApp communications are processed by Meta
• Legal requirements: We may disclose information where required by law, court order, or governmental authority
• Business transfers: In the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, personal data may be transferred as part of that transaction

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to any third parties for their own marketing purposes.

07 — Data Retention

We retain your personal information for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes described in this policy, including:

• Contact form submissions and enquiry data: up to 2 years from last contact, unless an ongoing service relationship exists
• Client communications and project data: for the duration of the service relationship and up to 5 years thereafter for legal and accounting purposes
• WhatsApp message history: up to 12 months from last message exchange

Glotario LLC is based in the United States. If you are located outside the US, your information will be transferred to and processed in the United States and potentially other countries where our service providers operate.
